When i first bought the laptop, I was attempting to make a account for the computer to sign into. Doing so when I was making a new email it never went through the entire process, which meant the email doesn't exist. The computer, however, took it as a complete registration to a main source of administration. I didn't know this until I attempted to download my Anti-Virus onto the computer. The computer asks if the administrator allows the download. When it asks, the email being used is the one that was attempted to be made in the beginning but was never actually completed. There was never a password set to it so I dont understand how it was set as the Administrative account. I cannot download anything on the computer until i somehow delete the account that was made the main one. How can I delete the account without the computer asking me to allow the action?
