Hi!
I have an Omen 15 dh0004 and since replace the cooling system (was broken), my notebook doesn't works anymore. At first, shows me error 502 for CMOS. I even didn't have time to pres enter and the screen changes. I tried to enter Windows and shows me a message telling me that I maked so many tries with password, so i have to use other method or wait 2 hours. Then, shut down without any possibility to make something.
Blinks 5 long 3 shorts, and I tried everything. But some things happened:
1.- battery out for a week, and enter again to Windows No internet signal at all. Shut down again.
2.- I entered to BIOS. Change the date and everything it's the same. Shut down and doesn't works
3.- buy a new battery. (Original HP) turn up and shut down, until shows me again the windows screen to put the PIN, but now, I have an internet conection. Shows me the same message about many tries with the passwords. And shut down forever, but when I turn IP, the fan tries to works and shut down again.
4.- F10 to enter BIOS, doesn't works
5.- ESC to enter UEFI diagnosis either.
6.- windows + B, i can't even know because my notebooks have many keys that doesn't works. Always have temperature issues. So my unique possibility is use an USB keyboard. Guess what? USB doesn't works.
I don't know what to do. I have very bad experiences with HP Tech services in my country. I had warranty sercives but when I need it, they deny to have the spare parts that HP accept to change for manufacturing issues.
