Slow bootup and performance- Pavilion dv6-6b66ew

Hi,

So i have my laptop for 1.5 year now and i have a constant problem with it, it was in repair 3 times now, recently i found out about this forum so i will try my luck here for now. I just got my laptop back form the last repair 2 days ago.

History:

+When i change the type of power from network to battery or vice versa sometimes computer crash, it start to work slowly (almost like some bufor is overloading ?) and eventually crash. When I want to shut down computer it is stuck with "closing playing shutdown sound" and it never finish.  I didn`t fully test it after this repair, we will see how it works this time.

+Sometimes when  I start up my computer, windows doesn't see WiFi  device i have to reboot few times and then it works fine. I don't see that problem after this repair but it has only been 2 days, so againe - we will see

+HDD fail, they replace it, it's fine.

Finaly, my problem with slow performance, but this problem doesn't exist for support because they don't now how to measure it. Computer is working slowly, 2-3 tabs at firefox and it works relatively slow.

1.My score at 3d mark (they are old  because the new version of 3d mark hangs at the last test). You can see that it is well below the average.

Is there a way to test a prefromance of laptop ?

2.Slow boot-up

Yesterday i reinstall windows 7 with recovery, did all the windows and HP support assistant updates and it still boot-up slow:

+Pressing power button -> Desktop with wallpaper is shown but HDD still working (ticking noise) and mouse cursor is "wait" (time - 1:45)
+Intel RST is up and working (time - 3:02)
+HP connection manager is up and disk stop working (making noise) (time - 3:30)

So overall, from power button to actually doing something it takes 3:30. Is it normal for computer that just got fresh windows ?
