Notebook computer freezes on start up

The notebook computer I use has the model name G62-340US. One day, after I deleted some files of skype (with a program called advanced system care). When I restarted the computer, it failed to start up becuase it froze at the screen where there is a windows logo and text saying, "starting windows." I had to force shut it down by press and holding the power button. After that, I tried to use windows start up repair on the start-up mode menu, but it was not doing anything after bringing me to the background screen of the start up repair tool (besides a cmd window that lasted for 1/10 of a second). I could use my mouse, but there was, again, nothing I could do besides force shutting it down. I then tried starting up in different modes (which I have to finish doing, but I tried safe mode and all the recovery tools and etc.) and so far all of them don't give me a response. I tried the hard disk test on the system diagnostic tool and got the code, "m4n2sf-59r70u-xd002k-60xu03."
So, the question is, do I have to change my hard disk? Is there a way I can fix it on the computer?
Thank you in advance.
