Hello Guys,
I have been having this problem for quite a while now, whenever I'm doing tasks on my laptop it will occasionally freeze. At this point the laptop becomes completely unresponsive and the only way to get it to respond is to restart it using the power button. This is becoming very frustrating as it happens at least once or twice a day now whereas before it only used to happen ever so often. This mainly happens when i am browsing the internet or starting up different applications.
