now that the tech successfully got me past the admin. password issue, I forgot my log on password (even with the "hints") & do not have a password reset disc =( So, I'm still stuck in password retrieval "la-la" land on my Windows 7 home premium Compaq Presario CQ62-23 laptop...please help, if you can.
