I just bought this new laptop (Hp pavilion X2 13 p111nr)on boxing day. However at these short period I always met this problem. The laptop sleep when I close the lid However it cannot wakeup when I open the lid.
I just want to know how can I solve it, the BIOS is the latest one and noupdates from windows, other functions works well.
I met it everyday!!!! Around the fifth time to open the lid it didn't work.

The situation is when you open the lid you can see the light of wifi on F12 is orange color, and you can hear the fan sound on the monitor. If you get the monitor out of the keyboard the windows light on monitor will be on. However it just not wake up noever you lip it again or wait for 5mns. The only solution is press the power button for 3s. What is going on HP?
