Hello guys..
I had a problem with my hp pavillion dv4 (bought a used hp months ago)..
Well it started to acts weird weeks ago, the laptop takes longer to boot than usual. And when logged on, it loads the desktop longer than usual, too...
Then one day it hangs on the windows logo boot, but i restarted and runs like usual..
And then in 2 days ago, it stays on the windows logo boot for a pretty long time (its not freezing, i can see the windows logo glowing animation still moving), thrn it goes BSOD
(BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO,
Technical information :
*** stop : 0x00000074 )
So.. i rebooted and choosing the safe mode, but in the safe mode boot it freezes when
loaded : windows/system32/drivers/aswRvrt.sys
And it stays there and restarts by itself(the boot wont continue)
Then... i decided to backup my files first by the HP recovery manager by selecting the F11 when hp logo boots, but it failed at 44%, when backuping a file somewhre in the AppData folder. It said error code = FFFFFF15, i press ok then another error code shows (error code = 45D)
It dont have a physical contact to my laptop lately, ive been using it at my room the whole time..
Sorry for the long post, appreciate the helps
thanks
