My hp pavilion g6 crashed and said there was no boot device found. I tried to restart it and it brought me to the screen with "Microsoft Corporation" at the bottom an the loading bar above it. It appeared to be loading but after 20 minutes it was still on the same page. I had my boyfriend try anything he could. He said he did a hard reset but the same thing happened. Then he tried a system restart and this time it went to the starting windows page but didn't load further. Is there anything else I can try that might work?
