Good Afternoon,
In August 2014 I purchased the HP Beats Special Edition 15 notebook and after aout amonth of use, it sarted freezeing on me. The screen blacks out and the only way to get it back on is to turn the laptop off and then back on. I have been braving this for 4 months now. My new issue is the backlit keyboard will ot light up anymore. I have tried FN+F5, F5, and F5+Space bar. Nothing seems to work. My Laptop is still under manufacturers warranty.
