Need BIOS access code ASAP

system disabled code is 60306076
I saw that you have to post on the forums to get the unlock code
It's quite ridiculous you have to have a code... but if you can help me figure out the unlock code i'd appreciate it.

I'm worried the hard drive is dying in my brothers laptop and need this code, in order to access the bios and make it boot to the rescue CD.
