Hi everyone, now I have had trouble finding any easy way to contact HP about this leading around circles getting no where
I possess a HP Envy 15-J053cl
now don't tell me it doesn't exist, because it says it very clearly under my battery, and google results bring it up, but according to HP product finder, it just simply doesn't exist.
Now like many others, a recent BIOS update has totally frozen my laptop, I saved for 2 years to buy this $1500 whopper to only use it for 4 months? no bloody thank you.
I have tried hard reset codes, like hold power button + windows key + B etc. didn't work
hold F2 - didn't work.
press F12 as fast as you can until something comes up - Didn't work.
This laptop runs on windows 8.1 Please someone, anyone, give me something,
