Hp 15 just stopped turning on

My laptop was showing a blue page saying there was a problem with my computer and it would restart on its own but first needed to collect data or something like that and for an hour or so it still said 0%
And now my laptop has shut off and when I turn it on it doesn't completey turn on, the wifi light comes on but other then that nothing comes on.. Idk what todo please help!!
