Hp Laptop Pavilion 15- n007ez Tripping

I have a HP Laptop Pavilion 15- n007ez and My touchpad and keyboard is tripping, If i press ESC it works, But after 30 seconds it doesn't work anymore, Google Chrome and Firefox doesn't work anymore. everything on My desktop is flickering. I did a hard reset, factory reset and power reset and it didn't work. Does it mean this is a virus?

Please Help Me.
