After being notified that I must restart my computer to install windows 8.1 I now cannot toggle the internet put key, it is permanently. Red, and I cannot get to start. The error message is that there was a problem with the installation and the computer is gathering information to fix it. However it is gathering nothing and has been on hp screen for about 4 hours one with 0% gathering. Please help I am soooo frustrated!
