I just received my new notebook about 3 days ago. Before I buy Internet/wi-fi for it I went to the library to test it out and this Notebook is running slower than the laptop I've had for the last four years. I came here so I can update all the APPS and update the system, is running on "TURTLE JUICE" with not an inch of progress may I remind you that im at the library on their free WI-FI...How I knew that my systen needed update I have a Samsung Galaxy S3...I have a paid PDA which connects me to the internet, phone to pc and my old computer was running ok with it...WHAT DO I DO? Send it back....I can't do technical support @ home because I have yet to buy internet are they able to help me without it....and also almost immediately the touch pad freezes?????? REALLY!!!!
