Failure configuring windows updates, reverting changes, do not turn off your computer

So my laptop which is Windows 7 is frozen on Failure configuring windows updates, reverting changes, do not turn off your computer and it's on a blue screen. I have tried hard reset 2x and it still doesn't work. When I turn my laptop back on, it's pops up the same.
