Hello I have HP Envy Touchsmart 15-j009wm. I bought it this past June and was working fine until about 3 weeks ago. Whenever my laptop is put on sleep mode, the display does not turn back on. It is definitely not in sleep mode anymore because the fan is running. And when I try to restart, that does not work either. The computer's fan is audible and the power and the wifi LED lights are on but nothing else (keyboard backlit, display) is on. I have tried hard resetting many times and it does not work. Well, sometimes it does turn on but I would say it works every 30 starts.
