Hi,
Youtube, Facebook, BBC sport videos ( I assume online videos in general are the problem?) all freeze my laptop and the screen either goes all white, stripy black and white or just freezes on the current screen. I'm not sure if I've accidentally deleted some important files or files to do with the graphic driver(s) (if that exists)?? and also it wont let me do a windows update to update the graphic driver which I think may also be part of the problem.
Any help would be grateful,
