A user's laptop is saying that it's plugged in but not charging. I attempted to install a number of updates, including a bios update, via the support assistant. It downloads them all, and each one says installing, but they don't seem to actually install.
Here's an example screenshot from a test with just 3 updates: http://screencast.com/t/lwvOcccSmVu As you can see, the "Installing" indicators don't have green checkmarks like the downloading indicators do, but the Next button at the bottom is available.
I have tried uninstalling support assistant, rebooting then reinstalling the version from this URL: http://h18021.www1.hp.com/helpandsupport/hp-support-assistant.html
The test above was done AFTER installing this version, assumed to be the most current available.
