HP 15 Laptop NEVER Comes out of sleep mode

I bought a new HP 15 laptop with Windows 8.1 last month

Any time I ever leave it open or closed for more than 30 minutes it will NEVER turn back on.

I have to take out the battery and try booting it up 10+ times until it actually works


I had an HP before and the Bios system was complete garbage hence why i had to get a new laptop in the first place



SUPER not impressed by this and if i dont figure out how to fix it, i will be returning my laptop and NEVER purchasing an HP product again
