My hp pavilion g7 on startup immediately enters startup repair and then brings me to advanced options and then it wont let me reset refresh or restore. All it says is "a problem occurred when trying to reset/refresh" and it wont even let me try to restore it. It started doing this after trying to update windows 8 and it kept stopping at 12% so i tried to do a restore back to a previous date and now it is completely not usable
