Hi, I have an HP Envy TouchSmart Sleekbook 4-1105dx (Windows 8 OS) and a few days ago I turned my laptop on only to find the windows screen saying "Preparing Automatic Repair" and within about 20 seconds it went to the Blue Error message screen with this error message: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL STOP: 0X0000000A (0X0000000B,0X00000002,0X00000000,0X804EA7AB) .
The laptop will not allow me to boot up in safe mood but responds when I hit the ESC key several times. It will not allow me to boot the laptop in Recovery Mode and continues to display the error message and "Preparing Automatic Repair" message when I try to use Recovery Mode. These screens alternate about every 15 seconds.
I do not have a disc drive and I do not know what to do. PLEASE HELP!!!!
