Hi my pavillion 15-e023ss will not start. With the charger plugged in the white light shows next to the cable and when you press the button to turn on the computer the white light disappeaers, goes orange for a second , then returns. If you take out the battery and turn on again with the charger plugged in, the white light disappears for a second then reappears.
These are the only signs of life from the laptop!!
We have had this for a little over a year. When we first got it there was a very similar problem and we had to send off the laptop to be repaired under warranty. Now the problem is back..
