My laptop won't turn on when I press the power button. The situation is this, I don't put my battery in it but then so I plug the charger I press the power button. The power button the wifi indicator and the caps lock lights on for at most 3 seconds and then it goes off again. I repeated this procedure many times but it still doesn't turn on. What is the problem?
