Installation

My screen says "WINDOWS COULD NOT COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION. TO INSTALL WINDOWS ON THIS COMPUTER RESTART INSTALLATION.
I have checked the HARD DISK and MEMORY through BIOS. and they are ok.
