Hi my daughters HP Pavilion g6-1269sa will not boot up. Have run the HP tests and the Hard drive and memory tests pass but the following tests fail:- Tune up / Run in/ Start up. Fault code displayed is same in each case and is : 9363PH-5R978E-MFPV4K-60TG03.
I have tried the 'Hard start' with AC cable and battery disconnected but this has not resolved the problem. Any suggestions?
