My laptop has been bogging down quite a bit recently, it will not hold a charge, and after about 3 minutes of use, my two CPU's shoot up to 100% (as indicated by the picture, and on AC power) I can't really get anything done, is there something easy that I can do to check this out, or test it, or recover? I'm pretty computer illiterate, any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you all very much!
