Hard Disk check has detected an imminent failure

Hello
My windows won't startup anymore !
it keeps telling me in the beginning of startup:
" The Smart Hard Disk check has detected an imminent failure. "
And when i want to format the windows, it tells:
" no drivers were found. click load driver to provide a mass storage driver for installation".

Please tell me what do without losing my files stored inside hard drive.
