hp 15 d103tx shutdown issue

Hi,

I just purchased HP 15 D103TX and installed windows 7 pro in it.

I am having issue like it shutdowns on its own every now n then. 

And when i try to shut down on my own it restart after shutting down.

I just purchased it 10 days back.

Please help
