I would like to get advice for my Laptop. Few days before my Laptop starts getting slow and it becomes too irritable to operate. So I done the Memory Test which was failed with a Menory Failure ID in Memory Slot 2. Hence I done some mannual trouble shooting and removed 1GB RAM which was failed during Memory Test. Now My laptop is running on 2GB RAM only. However it's slow so I need to upgrade it.
But The problem is with the frequency as Old Installed RAM runs on 1067Mhz(2GB) and the one I am getting in Market runs on 1333Mhz(4GB). So I would like to know that is it possible to install 1333Mhz RAM with 1067 Mhz RAM simultaneously.
Will it going to effect on speed or I will be getting a Good speed?
The Name of RAM- Kingston- KTH-X3B/4G (Which I want to install in place of 1GB)
Laptop- HP Pavilion dv6-3208TX
OS- Windows 7 Home Basic ( 64bit)
