hp laptop is not starting normally, just lights blinking

hi,

my hp pavilion g6 2230 tx laptop is not starting normally when i press the power button. when i remove the battery , hold the power button for 15 secounds , connect the ac adaptor and then it is starting after pushing the power button. unless the power button , the caps lock and some other indicators are blinking once.. 

please give me a solution. my laptop is 1.5 years old.
