Help!! AMBIOS Password

My HP Mini 1000 has locked up and is requiring a "new current password." Tells me "CMOS Settings Wrong" and "CMOS Date/Time Not Set" After three failed passwords attempts it displays "Fatal Error... System Halted. CNU8441G5W"
Need this computer for school! Please Help!
