Hi, i have a hp 2000 notebook with Windows 8.1 and when i unlocked my computer the other day i noticed it said your computer will restart today to install updates so it auto shutdown to install updates then it restarted it said "Working on updates" it got to 30% and froze for a bit then it said restarting right after it froze and my computer shutdown and it was plugged in. so i did a diagnostic and this is the only thing that failed. Any help would be appreciated thanks
