My relatively new(less than 4months) HP 14-q063cl Chromebook will no longer hold charge. When plugged in it will turn on, but battery life will remain at 1% and not charge. When the computer is in use and the charger is removed the computer will immediately turn off. What can I do or who can I turn to help remedy this issue. I was promised 9.5 hrs of battery life! Now Im relegated to lugging a charger around and searching for power outlets.
