My laptop fell to the floor (carpet) after my son tripped over the wires. Now I get this message over and over " preparing automatic repairs. I took out the battery pushed and held the start up button for more than 15 seconds, plugged in the power cord, pressed the start up button again. Still get the same message. Forgot to say my laptop is a Gateway.
