Laptop shuts itself off after boot.

Firstly, my computer ony stays on 5-10 seconds and my fan gets louder and louder until it shuts istek off. I had done some internal cleaning of dust and turned the computer back on and it worked fine. My wifi was not working so I messed with it in device manager and restarted to be sure. After that, my computer started doing this.

It usually gets to a display with maybe an hp logo, nothing but a slight brightness, or an attempting automatic repairs thing before my fan gets really loud and it shuts off. I am pretty sure everything is connected properly internally, and I have went in and rechecked several times with no change. Is there a reason my fan is getting so loud? Is this some type of thing where my computer thinks it's really hot and does this to save itself, or is this something worse? Blockage or misplaced soemthing internally?

I use hp pavilian, not sure the model. It's also only a few years old and has run fine prior of the need to clean my fan and such.

Edit: I managed to get into windows with the laptop partly open and elevated. When I did, I checkedmy core temp to find it was 100. I must have either put togetehr wrong, or something is blocking the air. Not sure what to do.
