This morning I went to turn on my laptop and it did not turn on...no lights on the front even though the ac adapter was plugged in. So I went to Best Buy for them to take a look at it and see if it is the battery or the adapter....they checked and said the charger was bad. So I bought a new HP 65 W Slim Ac Adapter. The adapter light comes on for about 3 seconds and goes off....still no lights on the front....whether the battery is inserted or not.....any suggestions? Do I need to order a battery replacement?
