HP Pavilion 15-n243sa Notebook Laptop Failure

I noticed that my mouse pad would keep freezing and locking up, the only way to get it working again was to control alt delete and it would work. Contacted HP to start with and they suggested reinstalling windows, did this myself and the problem still existed so i sent in for repair as is under warranty.  The unit was in their testing centre for less than 24 hours before being sent back to me apparently repaired.

Received the unit back, powered it up to re install windows again, after half and hour reinstalling everything i find the mousepad still has the same problem and now my cd/dvd drive is faulty as well.  To make matters worse there is now a display driver problem which nothing helped, tried uninstalling driver and reinstalling etc to no avail.  The laptop has now been sent in for repair again.  I do not hold out much hope of HP repairing the laptop to my liking.

Anyone else has bad experiences in the UK, I have read several horror stories of them not repairing laptops etc in the US.
