Blue screen w/2013 dock

I 'm connecting 2 displays to my 2013 dock. 1 vga and 1 display port. I use a display port to dvi adapter for monitor 2. When I plug in monitor 2, I get a blue screen and an error.

I'm connecting the dock to an 840 G1 with upgraded video card. When I connect the displays directly to my laptop, everything works fine.

HP sent me a new dock and I still get the blue screen.

What can I do?
