I installed casino software on my notebook from RomeVIPCasino.com. Since then, my Notebook is a zombie. It wont run anything other than the casino game. Amazingly enough, today I found DiamondVIP-Casino software on my computer which apparently is made by the same company Top Game Technology. I repeat, I never installed this other gaming software - and now I can't erase it.
How do I get rid of this? My anti virus has crashed as well. I am afraid to format my computer cause I need to back up some of my files.
I called the RomeVIPCasino and spoke to a Mr. David Barzilay and beg him for assistance but he just laughed claiming they get these calls all the time, but unless I want to deposit money for the casino - they can't help me.
Please, what can be done? I'm not really good at computers so if you can instruct me step by step how to erase this crap. I'd really appreciate any assistance - and I guarantee - I will NEVER EVER install any more casino software again!!!!
