Any ideas on why this is? It happens frequently when I am trying to do an online form or purchase. Often I have to go back and start the process again. Usually it works the second time, but sometimes requires yet another. The computer is an HP pavillion notebook less than 6 mo old. It will also give me an error when trying to upload new office software. It came with office 2013 student and my school district purchased the 2013 professional office for us to use at on a home computer. Neither one uploads--It looks like it is going to, but then I get an error. I have never had so much trouble with a computer.
