RE: HP 2000-2B19WM NOTEBOOK PC
I have stopped receiveing email messages in my Outlook Mail account. I am a first-time computer user and I cannot figure out how to reset my email. My daughter works on another type of computer system and can't seem to figure it out either.
So far We tried to reboot the system and that did not work.
We also sent emails and the receivers did not get them. We arenot receiving any type of error messages. I am at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated...
