Dear Sir:
My HP notebook (HP G61 ) is frequetly black screen since I bought the PC in 2010.
Most time the notebook is not starting. Occationally I could start the PC, but it usually does not last long. A few days later or a week later the PC is not working again.The situation has been happened for more than two years.
Today I tried to use the system diagnostic tools of this notebook. It shows that:
Memory Test Failed.
Warranty ID 9CRXJ3-51177B-XB03HA-404703
PRODUCT ID WA966UA#ABC
PLEASE HELP HOW TO GET THE PART AND REPLACE THE MEMERY.
