Hi i have a hp pavilion g7 with windows 8.1 and i cant get it too boot up.
It gets stuckin the blue hp logo witha little loading circle below it.
It sometimes rarely boots up and then its really really slow like alltough there are no apps running. I have no clues about what i should do so please help!
Its serial is: [edited Serial Number by Moderator] and the model is g7-2251so
My use of this computer has been very simple. Chrome, office, photoshop so i have no clue what causes this.
