Hi all,
about once a day, my DV6-6170SD gets in a blue mood and displays a BSOD with "MEMORY MANAGEMENT" as notification.
My notebook has 8GB of internal memory:
- 1x 4GB Samsung M471B5273DH0-CH9
- 1x 4Gb GEIL CL9-9-9 DDR3-1333 (no specific partnumber available)
Below this message you can find the results of a log from the CPU-z-utility
With only one of the memory modules installed I have a slow notebook, but no more blue screens, so I think both memory modules are not happy with each other and I need to install equal modules. I assume the Samsung is the one which was delivered with the notebook and that I need to find one of these to make the HP happy again.
Do you agree?
