Irql_not_equal_or_less error on HP envy x360 touchsmart

The machine doesnt finish booting and I get the irql_no_equal_or_less on the windows blue screen
Problem started when a new BIOS was automatically updated by HP
I'm running win 8.1 the unit has 8 mb
