My hp probook 6540b showed the 601 battery error. I have replaced the battery and carried out all the system tests which are all ok. Memory hard drive battery etc. I am unable to access or do anything in the bios settings.
When I turn the device on I see the windows logo appear and then all i get is a black screen with the mouse arrow which i can move around the screen.
Carried out most things suggested that I can find but to no avail.
Can anyone help?
