Can't find an answer to this...my laptop goes through start up, I see the HP logo, I get the Owner welcome screen and then nothing. Just a grey screen.
Have gone through the web, and tried troubleshooting. Nothing helps.
Called geeksqad as I bought this just over a year ago at best buy. They said bring it in.
Is there something I could try so I don't have to bring it in.
