I bought my HP Split a couple weeks ago for school. Since it has only two USB ports I decided to purchase a bluetooth (BT) mouse for it. And that's when the problems began. First time it dropped the mouse and I was unable to turn BT on/off to reset it. Additionally, I was unable to remove the mouse from the devices. After working with three HP techs who all did almost the exact same thing the only improvement is that I can at least turn BT on/off. I also am unable to connect to my phone via BT. I am incredibly disappointed with this device and if it weren't for the fact that I am out of the country I'd be returning this piece of junk. I've tried reinstalling the worthless driver (which I am convinced is the problem) and doing all the typical crap HP had me do. Any help would be appreciated.
